WELCOME!
The Half Dozen Group of Artists (HDG-Artists) was formed by 6 artists in 1941, and, since then, has nurtured hundreds of artists. HDG-Artists currently has a membership of 100+ artists. See 'A Brief History' for more information.
The HDG-Artists is an established, welcoming, community art group where artists enjoy regular workshops, exhibiting, mentoring, socialising and much more. It is a non-elitist group where beginners work alongside professionals in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our community thrives on a shared love of art through creating, drawing, painting and learning from and encouraging each other.
Today HDG-Artists is not just comprised of six artists. One of the reasons for its ongoing success is that it embraces everyone. All are welcome.
