Welcome!
The Half Dozen Group of Artists was formed by 6 artists in 1941, and, since then, has nurtured hundreds of artists. Its current

membership is almost 100.  See A Brief History for more information.
The HDG-Artists is a well established, welcoming, community art group where artists enjoy regular workshops, exhibiting, mentoring, socialising and much more. It is a non-elitist group where complete beginners work alongside lifetime professionals in an environment where there is no competition or comparison, just a shared love of drawing and painting, learning from and encouraging each other.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Today's HDG-Artists group is
not just comprised of six artists! All are welcome to join the many who enjoy our activities!
