The Half Dozen Group of Artists are pleased to host an activity for children on Wednesday, 29 June 2022, from 9am to 1pm. ‘ANIMAL TOTEM’ with FIONA PATERSON will be held at the HDG-Studio, 37 Quarry Rd, Sherwood. The cost is $30 for children 9 years of age and over (younger children are welcome if supervised). A watercolour and acrylic painting activity with all tools and paints supplied on the day. ABOUT THE WORKSHOP A visit to Uluru inspired the artist, Fiona Paterson, to focus on the variety of ways in which animals are depicted in rock art. The students will start off using watercolours and finish with acrylic paint. A fun time will be had by all creating their very own animal totems. |
